Who has or hasn't heard, but I've decided to step down from my role as a director and council member here at ATR.  I'll stop in from time to time, on the forums and in TeamSpeak, but for right now, I'm just going to change my focus and get back to having fun when I'm playing.

as phobia pointed out, the best way to report a player is by using !report playername reason while ingame, that sends a ping to all of our admins anyone of which will be able to evaluate the player and decide the best course of action.  as it stands without links to the particular rounds you were playing, we can't do much.

 the players that enjoy the block pretty much accept that one side gets pushed back.   they've learned to get the kills either way.

I'll be on and off over the course of the weekend.

I updated the OP for bolt-action.  beyond that, I'd say let people use what they want.  they're not going to get to practice the shots ahead of time.

No.  Just no. Events are supposed to be fun.  Not a reason to open a vein.

I'm guessing it will be on an unranked Server so all unlocks would be available to everyone. That should give everyone the same weapons.

I'd actually recommend only using a rifle you're familiar with.

Hopefully I can be up and running again on the rig I'm looking at.  This one sounds fun and challenging.

OnRoadDead, i do that that idea too.   But I do have one question, let's say someone doesn't have the sniper everyone else is going to use unlocked yet?  Would the ones who don't have it be allowed to use the one that comes standard in the recon class?  can't remember which one it is, and feeling too lazy to look it up, lol.

Best suggestion I have is play recon as much as you can to find the rifle you like.

What if we were to make it multiple objectives like 50 -  100 meters canted iron sites then to further distances with a scope, seeing this will be a per shot, timed event.

It's an interesting idea, but negates the timing thing with the need to redeploy to change your loadout.  And, to tell you the truth, I'm going to make sure that it won't be clean and even ranges.

Let's see who can get the best bang for their bullets.

C4 will be placed for snipers to explode.  The shots will be difficult, but not painfully so. 

Firestorm, using the tower, has been suggested, though I'm willing to entertain other thoughts. 

Shots fired and time will be used to score.  (complete math to be posted here once I have it)

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who participated in tonight's event.  It was a blast.  Even if I had to repeatedly kill people.

Bring your body and any topics you would like to discuss. 

The event is going to be Jetski races around Lumphini Garden!

Grab a friend and leave the other guys in your wake!

The river around the central part of the map will serve as your ticket to fame and glory as you take two laps.  Each jetski will be allowed

a driver and a rider.  The first lap will be for position with no combat, the second lap is for all the marbles. The rider may use the 93R (with any attachments you like and may deploy ammo packs).  I suggest you both equip both in your kit, so that if one is shot out, the other may continue the race until the dead player redeploys.  First team to finish both laps, or to eliminate both players on the other ski (leaving it empty) will win.

Again, no shooting on the first lap, free fire with 93R only on the second lap. 

We will hold rounds with winners advancing until one team is crowned king. 

Please be on time and ready to ride as these bracketed events can take a little longer than a standard round of Domination or TDM. 

Be sure to join us for the shenanigans, wakes, splashing and crashing!
