Because the Ulduar ones are completely trivial right now. Pugs on Mal'Ganis have been getting both the 10 and 25 man metas done for months now. If the Rusted and Ironbound drakes aren't being removed, at least give us a chance to get the Black and Plagued ones, since obviously the philosophy has changed.
