I have some favorites, one being the more recently released Invincible theme as well as Grizzly Hills, the David Arkenstone inn music (Taverns of Azeroth) as well is a particular favorite (Gallow's End), and the music in Zangarmarsh though those aren't the only ones I enjoy. I've seen many people who once were proponents of turning off the music who have discovered what they were missing out on and have since turned it back on.
